Cartagena gave us a New Year’s Eve we won’t forget anytime soon. For thirty minutes, fireworks lit up the sky above the city, people danced in the streets, Cuban music filled Café Havana and the energy was incredible at every turn. The whole celebration felt vibrant, authentic and exactly the way we imagined Colombia would be.

Playa Blanca, known for its soft white sand and crystal‑clear water, is considered one of the most beautiful beaches near Cartagena. You’ll find restaurants, bars, and even quiet corners perfect for relaxing. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, and watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand.
